Hair Sensitivity Testing q&a
What's the importance of a food sensitivity test?
Ever wonder why you can eat something one time and be fine and the next time you eat it, you have symptoms? Maybe you can eat an apple cooked but you can't eat them raw; or, maybe it's a common food preservative that's causing the issue? Is it possibly something you ate days ago causing symptoms today? A hair sensitivity test takes the guessing game out and tells you exactly what your body is reacting to.
What's the difference between a food allergy and food sensitivity?
A food allergy is an exaggerated immune system response to foods that's cause an allergic reaction such as hives, hard to breathe and swollen throat.
A food sensitivity is a reaction triggered by the digestive system that cause symptoms such as stomach problems, bowel issues, fatigue, joint/muscle aches and pains, sleep disturbances etc. Some of these symptoms can be delayed or last over a week, which makes them hard to identify.
